Shipping is insured via DHL. You will receive a tracking number from us after shipment. Shipping costs are €4.99 within Germany and €7.99 to other EU countries. If you are from another country and would like to order from us, please contact us using our contact form.
Free shipping on orders over €79.

Return shipping
Should one of our products If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it. within 30 days Please return the item to us. After we receive your return, processing and refunding it will take 14 days.
Our products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, unwashed, and in perfect condition . All labels and other tags must also be attached to the product.

Complaint
Should an item delivered by us be defective in any way and the 30-day return period has expired, please contact us by email at team@mayan-fashion.de, stating your order number.
It would be best if you sent us pictures where the defect is clearly visible.
